NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The professional committee of the Armenian School Science Festival has recently summed up the results of the Festival. This scientific platform, initiated by the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, has been organized for the fifth year, with the aim of stimulating interest in scientific research among schoolchildren, promoting the formation of skills in the implementation of innovative programs and their presentation.

As in previous years, this time too, schoolchildren of the High School of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia participated in the Festival with honour and achieved high results.

In the “Mathematics and Programming” category, 11^th grade schoolchildren Alen Oganov and Artsrun Petrosyan received the 1^st class award for their “Safe Hand” innovative project presented under the supervision of Physics teacher Liana Arustamyan.

In the “Physics and Astronomy” category, 11^th grade schoolchildren Artak Safaryan and Mikayel Injikushyan received the 3^rd class award for their “Clean Wave, Blue Planet” project, under the supervision of teacher Tsovinar Smbatyan. In the same category, 10^th grade schoolchildren Nare Papoyan and Marina Barseghyan were awarded with a certificate for their “New Breath of the City” project, again under the supervision of teacher Liana Arustamyan.

In addition, the 1^st class award-winning schoolchildren Alen Oganov and Artsrun Petrosyan will present their “Safe Hand” project in Latvia in September.
