They say, “You live only as long as the last person remembers you.” Ludwig Harutyunyan, who had chosen the profession of a constructor at our University, will always be alive, will live in his friends’ stories and smiles, photos taken together, in the stories of his beloved ones and in the memories of his comrades-in-arms, who experienced the same with him.

No matter how heartbreaking and painful the loss of the friend who died on the battlefield is, his group mates cannot remember him without a smile on their faces.They are sure, that they will always feel his presence in the auditorium, remember his jokes, miss him silently, and promise themselves that they will never forget their best friend. Smart and multitalented Ludwig had a great sense of responsibility towards the Homeland. He could not stay indifferent and simply watch from the rear how the borders of his Homeland were being narrowed, he could not but stand by his soldier friends, and if necessary, sacrifice his own life.

That terrible day came. 22-year-old Ludwig became a memory, one of those who sacrificed his life for us to live on and be forever grateful for the opportunity to live.
