NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Back in April 2021, at the initiative of the Head of the Office of Scientific Collaborations and International Affairs of Babol Noshirvani University of Technology, Professor Mostafa Rahimnejad, the Rectors of the two universities signed a memorandum “On Cooperation in the Fields of Education and Science between National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and Babol Noshirvani University of Technology of Iran.”

Within the framework of established Cooperation, Professor Mostafa Rahimnejad paid a working visit to our University on November 19, 2024.

Professor Rahimnejad had an introductory tour around the research laboratories and studios of the University. Then a meeting was held, which was attended by Head of the Science Department, Acting Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs Sargis Tovmasyan, Vice-Rector for International Relations Vardges Yedoyan, Dean of the Faculty of Construction Aram Sahakyan, and other representatives of the University.

During the Meeting, Professor Rahimnejad presented the scientific activities of Babol Noshirvani University of Technology, including the technologies used for water purification, and researches aimed at the creation and application of the latest environmental and construction materials. Professor Rahimnejad noted that Babol Noshirvani University of Technology publishes three scientific periodicals with international indexing.

Mr. Rahimnejad was presented with a brief information about NUACA educational and scientific activities.

At the end of the Meeting, the parties attached importance to the expansion of scientific-educational and research cooperation in areas of mutual interest. It was proposed to promote exchanges between academic staff and students of the two universities during this period. Issues of publishing joint articles in scientific periodicals with international indexing published at both universities were also discussed.
