A delegation from the RA Ministry of Diaspora led by the Ministry head of Pan-Armenian Programs Department Gagik Gyanjumyan were hosted at the NUACA today. The meeting was also attended by the founder of the Diasporan Armenians Student Council, Chairman of the Board of Trustees Samvel Mkoyan, the NUACA Vice-Rector for International Relations Vardges Edoyan and many students. Samvel Mkoyan introduced the Diasporan students with the initiatives carried out by the Council and its upcoming projects. “We are always ready to help and support you in any issue”, told the Ministry head of Pan-Armenian Programs Department Gagik Gyanjumyan and presented the programs of the RA Ministry of Diaspora. The NUACA has students of the Armenian descent from 12 foreign countries. In order to make such meetings ongoing and more productive, it was decided to appoint Coordinators from the Diasporan Armenian students to make the communication with the RA Ministry of Diaspora more effective. After a short discussion, three students, citizens of Lebanon, Georgia and Syria, were elected and promised to take a great responsibility for their role.
