Recently, a meeting with a representative of Coca-Cola HBC Armenia was held at National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, which was attended by both university and college students.
The meeting was held by Coca-Cola HBC Armenia Communications Specialist Knar Tsaturyan, within the framework of which a “Leadership Training” was conducted. During the training, the participants were introduced to the company’s activities and development strategy, corporate social responsibility programs, implemented initiatives, as well as leadership styles and successful practices in the company.
After the training, an online tour of the Coca-Cola Happiness Factory was organized, during which the students had the opportunity to see the entire process of creating the drink from beginning to end, get acquainted with production technologies and high-quality hygiene standards, as well as get answers to their questions.
During the meeting, the “Youth Development” programme was also presented, within the framework of which the goals, format, as well as the procedure for participation and registration of the programme were presented in detail.
The meeting became an important opportunity for students to directly get acquainted with the activities of a leading company, acquire new knowledge, exchange experience and become more actively involved in the professional environment.
