NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Independence and freedom are the most essential assurances for the survival of a country and nation, for the maintenance of its identity, for its proud presentation to the world. In light of this, in the referendum of September 21, 1991, Armenian people voted for seceding from the USSR and creating an independent state. Living free and independent was a matter of vital importance, the necessity of educating dignified, victorious future lives with the Armenian spirit.

As Hrant Matevosyan once said, “The homeland demands faithful efforts of all its people – our constant dedicated efforts, ” and all Armenians, brave and proud, marching and shouting “Armenia” with balloons each year on September 21 is a witness of it. Soldiers with high cautiousness not taking eyes off the border, teachers teaching new generation patriotism and Armenian language, and mothers calling nightingale with a constant singing voice to put children to sleep are proof of that.

Armenians have earned a right to live freely and independently with their genetic heritage, with a sacred duty to hold the Homeland in high regard, with the constant readiness to fight to the death for it.
