NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The annual “Best Student” republican award ceremony took place, attended by RA Minister of Education and Science Araik Harutyunyan. In his welcoming speech Minister Harutyunyan noted that consultation with students, sharing ideas with students and testing their ideas will be in the focus of the ministry’s activity.

On the basis of the conclusions of the tender committee approved by the RA Minister of Education and Science Education, Undergraduate and Graduate Education Scholarships were awarded to 37 students in 15 universities, in 7 fields: natural sciences, social sciences, Armenology,, humanities, medicine, engineering and culture – sport.

14 students for the 1st place, 12 students for the 2nd place, and 11 students for the 3rd place won the 2018 Best Student Contest.

Petrosyan Narek, a student of our university, also took the first place in the bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Congratulating the winners and participants of the “Best Student” contest, Minister urges to be free, critical, creative, and highly motivated to ensure the progress of the country and to build a new Armenia.
