NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and PMI Amenia Project Management NGO signed a memorandum with the aim of promoting academic cooperation and contributing to the acquisition of professional and practical knowledge, development of skills and abilities in the field of project management.

According to the  Memorandum, the parties agree to promote exclusive cooperation in all fields related to project management, organize and hold joint seminars, workshops, scientific conferences and research programs, master classes, and discussions on university topics with the involvement of invited lecturers and speakers.

NUACA Acting Rector Manuk Barseghyan welcomed the attendees and noted: “Congratulations on signing this important Memorandum. The University is the exclusive partner of PMI Armenia and is the first of the Armenian universities to sign such a memorandum of cooperation. This is another important step in strengthening mutual support between our University and our partners. I would like to note that the University is always ready to support and provide access to its academic and other necessary resources for our new partner, while contributing to the professional growth of our students. I hope that this cooperation will be continuous, contributing to the improvement of our students’ project management skills and their practical application.”

The president of PMI Armenia Project Management NGO Astghik Sahakyan also congratulated and noted in her speech: “The organization is forming a student club, the coordination of which will be carried out by NUACA students elected as members of the Club Council. I would also like to note that PMI Armenia will support the University students and graduates to be included in various national and international projects, in accordance with the RA legislation and its internal regulations.”

The signing of this important Memorandum builds a foundation for constructive and effective cooperation between NUACA and PMI Armenia. Both structures have a common goal, which is to develop professional and practical knowledge in the field of project management, to promote the development of skills and abilities of students and young specialists, and to ensure their effective involvement in the professional field.
