NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

On July 14-28, 4 students of the faculty of Architecture of the NUACA: 3 constructors and one architect, led by the deputy dean, lecturer Armen Shatvoryan  traveled to  China to take part in the BUCEA International Summer School, organized by the Beijing Architectural and Construction University, delegations from Great Britain and Bulgaria also participated in the Summer School.

During the two-week gathering, the students’ daily routine was full and varied with diverse topics and lectures, as well as cognitive excursions. Armen Shatvoryan delivered lectures on “Architectural Ornamentation”, “Multi-dimensional Architecture”, as well as he presented Armenia, the peculiarities of Armenian architecture and the activities of our university.

The delegation of our university had meetings with the administrative and teaching staff of the faculty of Architecture and Construction of the University of Beijing, as well as with the leaderships of the University: discussing prospective issues of further cooperation and mutual visits.
