NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Recently the presentation of the book “Armenian Panorama. Culture, Nature, People” published within the framework of the cooperation between National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and the Georg-August University of Göttingen has been held in the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Germany. The book was published with the support of “Volkswagen” International Research Foundation within the framework of the program entitled “Stones in Armenian Architecture”, launched in 2019. It was dedicated to the preservation of stone structures and Armenian heritage. The first presentation of the book took place at NUACA, and this year in Germany as well. The authors dedicated ten richly illustrated chapters of the book to the peculiarities of Armenia, presenting fascinating sides of Armenia and the Armenian people, giving foreigners the opportunity to discover Armenia, get acquainted with culture, nature, population, natural, historical and cultural monuments, etc..

During the event, Ambassador Viktor Yengibaryan and Dr. Matthias Nöllenburg delivered a welcome speech. The book was presented by Tigran Lorsabyan and the presentation was moderated by Roman Pliske. The whole evening was accompanied by musical performances of Stepan Gantralyan and Mauricio Tapia.
