NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The joint workshop of NUACA Career Center and the “Arpi Solar” company entitled “The Engineer’s Role in Solar Energy Industry” was held. During the workshop, sectoral opportunities were presented and challenges were discussed.

The objective of the workshop was to promote the recognition and development of the solar sector, as well as to promote the involvement of NUACA students by providing an opportunity to acquire a narrow professional practice and work. During the workshop, the trends and problems of solar energy development in Armenia and the world, solar technology standards and applicability approaches at “Arpi Solar” LLC, the possibility of professional practice and work at “Arpi Solar” LLC were discussed. Other issues were also discussed, and there was also a Q & A session. During the workshop, Measuring Engineer Khachatur Tovmasyan and Energy Engineer Suren Shirinyan of  the “Arpi Solar” company presented their professional experience.

The Head of the Career Center Hayk Sargsyan, as well as University and College students were present at the workshop. According to the students, the workshop was a unique opportunity to get fully acquainted with the activities of the existing organization and apply for a job in the future.
