University with a 100-Year History
Graduates of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia (NUACA) received graduation diplomas with great triumph in the yard of Garni Temple. Today, the students announced the entry into a new chapter in their lives as professionals. The event hosted Bert Dance Ensemble, Sardarapat Dance Ensemble, Yerevan State Pantomime Theater and other famous cultural groups in the Republic of Armenia. After the official part, under the beautiful sounds of the band led by Aghvan Papoyan, the graduates extended their gratitude to the University Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan, the University staff and, of course, the academic staff for making their day special, as well as for arming and educating them with professional knowledge for years. The reforms of the academic programmes implemented in the University in recent years and the update of the material-technical base were particularly highlighted. In Garni Temple, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hambardzum Matevosyan, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia Vahram Dumanyan, the Chairman of NUACA Board of Trustees, the Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Armen Ghularyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan, the Head of the Cadastre Committee Suren Tovmasyan, NUACA Rector Yeghiazar Vardanyan and other distinguished guests congratulated about 500 NUACA graduates and wished them professional achievements.
