“White Cane” NGO implements a program entitled “We are Together”. The non-governmental organization was founded on March 12, 2019. The organization has been active for 3 years, implementing various grant programs. 

The main goal of the “We are Together” program is to create a student council made up of people with disabilities in the RA, which will deal with identifying the existing problems of students with disabilities studying in higher and secondary vocational education institutions in the RA, protecting the rights and interests of students, improving the connection between universities and the labor market, as well as student self-organization.

The program is implemented within the framework of the “EU4Youth: Student Democracy Now” program with the financial support of the European Union.

Every student with disabilities studying in all higher and secondary vocational education  institutions of the Republic of Armenia can participate in the program.
