“WAELCON” LLC is hiring a heat and gas supply and ventilation engineer holding a master’s degree.

The specialist is responsible for all functions related to the design, calculation, planning and compilation of drawing of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in accordance with the principles established by the legislation and internal regulations.

The company is located at 12 Vagharshyan Street. Remuneration starts from 150,000 AMD.

Job Responsibilities:

• Examination of buildings for the design of heating engineering systems;
• Analysis of customer requirements, development of system structure and features, implementation of systems design;
• Selection of necessary equipment;
• Calculation of engineering systems (hydraulics, aerodynamics);
• Design and compilation of design documents;
• Design coordination with clients;
• Creation of volume-sheets for projects;
• Supervision of installation activities.

Required Skills:

• Educational degree in Engineering;
• Excellent command of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems;
• Command of standards for design and compilation of design documents is preferred;
• Ability to decode standards for construction norms and rules is preferred;
• Written and oral communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English;
• Excellent command of MS Office;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD MAP, Revit, Adobe Acrobat software.
