JOB OPPORTUNITY IN “ASEDL”: RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Job Description:

Develop a corrective and preventive maintenance plan for devices and equipment, organize and control the company’s devices and equipment, maintenance of communal services.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Functions

• Coordinate the technical literature of the company’s devices and equipment

• Develop a corrective and preventive maintenance plan for devices and equipment according to the technical requirements of the equipment

• Develop the Department procedure, introduce functions defined by the Procedure

• Develop and introduce mechanisms for maintenance requests and feedback from workshops

• Contact specialized maintenance companies, offer cooperation options to the company’s founders

Functions of Organizing Maintenance of Technical and Communal Service

• Organize and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to the preliminary plan, as well as carry out current maintenance work, if necessary

• Assign preventive service providers and managers

• Set deadlines and control that the maintenance is carried out within the deadlines

• Be responsible for the proper operation of the equipment required for maintenance and storage

• Evaluate, analyze and compile the requisitions of the necessary goods and devices, submit them to the department of supply, ensure that the delivery is made on time

• Ensure that the company’s utilities are served as needed, provide solutions to the problems that have arisen

• Organize the equipment and operation of new workshops with machine tools;

HRM Functions:

• Set up a team, contribute to the formation of organizational culture

• Coordinate the work of the teams under your supervision, supervise the observance of technical and job safety norms by the employees

• Instruct the job and technical safety standards of the employees under your direct supervision

• Plan the work schedule, vacations of employees

• Ensure that employees comply with the company’s internal disciplinary procedures;

• Evaluate, analyze the performance of the employees under your direct supervision, and come up with suggestions for improvement

• Participate in the process of recruitment in your Department, according to the procedure defined by the company

The required skills are:

• Technical education

• Knowledge of 1C, MS Office software

• Teamwork skills

• Communication skills
