In accordance with procedure approved by the RA Government Decision № 1125-N on July 3, 2020, “INCOME TAX REFUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TUITION FEE COMPENSATION FOR EMPLOYEES,” the employees submit applications for the refund of income tax for the purpose of tuition fee compensation to the relevant higher education institution from September 1 to 15 or March 1 to 15 of the year of moving to the next year or graduating from the educational institution.
With the aim of reimbursing the tuition fees, the income tax money is returned to the students of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, studying in the following specialties of full-time graduate studies:
Postgraduate students of the University studying in the following specialties:
For the income tax refund, the student submits an application to the University according to form N 1, from September 1 to 15 or from March 1 to 15 of the year of moving to the next year or graduating from the educational institution, in case of execution of the student’s contractual obligations to the University (including the tuition fee).
In case of grounds for rejection, the University notifies the applicant within 10 working days following the aforementioned period.
