ANNOUNCEMENT

Within the programme “Jerair Nishanian Foundation Scholarship” Fund for Armenian Relief (FAR) announces a competition for tuition fees for freshmen in full-time studies, who entered the bachelor degree programme of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia.

The following students are eligible to apply:

  1. a) First year students with full-time study who entered the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, Departments of Architecture, Design, Industrial and Civil Engineering
  2. b) Students who had high academic performance at school, got excellent or good at passing the unified and university exams,
  3. c) Socially disadvantaged students 

The procedure for participation in the competition of the programme “Jerair Nishanian Foundation Scholarship”:

NUACA students who meet the above-mentioned conditions must submit to the Armenian branch of the FAR at the address: city of Yerevan, Movses Khorenatsi 22, or send the below-mentioned documents to the following e-mail addresses – edik.karapetyan@far.am, mane.khachatryan@far.am from August 1to 15, 2020  inclusive.

  • Application (you can also get the form by contacting the above-mentioned addresses or through the Facebook page of the FAR facebook / Farusa (Fund for Armenian relief));
  •  copy of the passport;
  • 1 photo (3×4);
  • copy of the certificate of secondary education;
  • copy of the list of admission to the university, approved by the state admission committee,
  •  reference of assessments of unified and university exams
  • reference of members of socially disadvantaged family (if any)
  • Reference from the parents’ workplace indicating their position and salary. If they do not work, a reference from the center of territorial employment or a copy of the work record book with explanation on current employment or the cause of unemployment.
  • a brief autobiography indicating the reason for applying for this programme. 

Incomplete documentation will not be considered.

The selection of the beneficiaries will take place in two stages:

  1. Consideration of the submitted documentation;
  2. Conducting an online interview, in the presence of the applicant and family members.

 

The decision to include a student in the programme is made by the commission of educational programmes of the FAR from August 24 to 31.
