“Dignisi” organization is hiring a construction project engagement manager in the fields of construction and project management. The remuneration includes fixed salary and bonuses. The work is full-time (part-time is also possible), required education degree is undergraduate.

Job Responsibilities are:

• to study and analyze the existing and newly emerging projects in the market of residential buildings and structures;
• to analyze the positioning, segmentation, business proposals, project peculiarities in the market of construction and development organizations;
• to study the general trends in  international residential construction and propose development opportunities; 
• to study and analyze the demand of primary market buyers;
• to cooperate with the architectural and design offices;
• to identify the sales needs of the development company, as well as the purchasing power and preferences of the buyers of the given project;
• to present the company’s sales opportunities and indicators;
• to conduct negotiations with construction and architectural companies, ensuring the acquisition of the right to sell new projects;
• to conduct the whole process of the intermediary transactions, from contact establishment to the conclusion of the contract, ensuring the acquisition of the right to sell construction projects on mutually beneficial terms;
• to participate and present the company in professional exhibitions and other similar events;
• to submit proposals on the project engagement strategy.

Excellent professional/engineering (construction-technical) skills are required.
