“ASEDL” Limited Liability Company is hiring a responsible person for the maintenance of the construction site. For the vacant position can apply persons, who have:
- Higher education in construction.
- At least 3 years of professional work experience.
- Skills to work with AutoCad program, skills to implement construction projects.
- Ability to plan, to manage people, to work in an organized manner and to work in a team.
Job responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates the whole process of construction works.
- Compares the completed work with architectural projects.
- Controls the quality of construction works and materials. Ensures that the construction works are completed on time.
- Ensures compliance with labor standards and technical safety of construction staff. Participates in the recruitment of construction staff.
- Ensures that the designs meet the production engineering requirements. Before commissioning new buildings, he/she makes sure that there are no problems from an engineering point of view.
- Measures completed construction works. Compares the actual construction works with the works mentioned in the executive acts.
- Bears material responsibility for the materials used in construction.
- Upon his/her immediate supervisor’s instructions, performs other functions directly related to his job responsibilities defined by the Contract, which correspond to his/her profession or position.
