Alfa Pharm CJSC is looking for a Head of the Economic Department, who will conduct and coordinate the proper implementation of all the work of the Construction-Economic Department of the Company.

Job responsibilities:
• To provide the company with necessary materials and products for administrative work;
• To organize the construction, utility and sanitary works of existing and newly opened pharmacies, to manage their uninterrupted operation;
• To ensure the good general communal and sanitary-technical condition of the administrative building;
• To supervise the uninterrupted operation of the equipment in the administrative building and pharmacies;
• To regularly check and keep under control the condition of the property of the administrative building and pharmacies and to manage their repair and replacement works if needed;
• To organize appropriate working conditions for the staff (availability of necessary equipment, electricity, heating, ventilation, etc.);
•To take part in preparing the budget, to plan future expenses, to analyze interruptions and present proposals regarding the reduction of interruptions;
• To present suggestions for optimizing the work of the department and to solve problems.
Requirements:
• Higher education (preferably architectural, construction),
• Work experience in the relevant field, leadership experience;
• Ability to make decisions and suggest optimal solutions;
