Dear University staff and students,
We would like to inform you that the Higher Education and Science Committee is organizing the “Experimental Development Projects 2025” competition.
The competition is aimed at the creation and improvement of new technologies, products, services, systems, and methods through scientific research and practical experience.
The objectives of the Competition are to support the development of new technologies and increasing the technology readiness level, contribute the application of the scientific research outcomes in production and the growth of the socio-economic impact of scientific and scientific-technical activities, promote the implementation of applicable developments in the fields of natural, medical, agricultural sciences and engineering, and the formation of connections between science and business, as well as involve the private sector in the financing of scientific and scientific-technical activities.
The Project must correspond to the “Natural Sciences”, “Engineering and Technology”, “Medical Sciences”, “Agricultural Sciences” fields of scientific and scientific-technical activity (Appendix N 2.1), at the end of implementation it must have a higher level of Technology Readiness Levels (hereinafter referred to as TRL) than at the time of application, but not less than TRL 4 (Appendix N 2.2), must be co-funded by an interested non-governmental organization that is interested in the application of the final results of the Project.

We would like to remind you that 6 projects were guaranteed funding within the framework of the first “Experimental Development Projects” competition from March 1, 2023.
