NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia continues a series of meetings with the representatives of cultural, social and scientific spheres.

The next meeting will take place with literary critic, writer, Honorary Worker of Art of the Republic of Armenia, director of the Museum of Literature and Art after Y. Charents Karo Vardanyan on May 7, Friday, at 12:00 p. m., in auditorium 2025 /Architects’ Studio/. The entrance is free.

Karo Vardanyan is the author of 9 books, including numerous scientific and publicistic articles. It is worth mentioning a number of his works related to General Andranik (Zoravar Andranik). Besides he is the author of dozens of song lyrics (the lyrics of the NAS anthem, the lyrics of the anthem of the Gyumri “Renaissance” («Վերածնունդ») annual festival, etc.), as well as the works “Thirteen Bells of Retribution” («Հատուցման տասներեք ղողանջ») and “Explosions in Turkey… and Not Only: ASALA from the Inside” («Պայթյուններ Թուրքիայում և … ոչ միայն. ASALA-ն ներսից»). These books contain unique details about the activities of ASALA- the Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Armenia.
