NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Support Center (InnESC) of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia is implementing an advanced professional course “Fundamentals of Project Management” for everyone interested. The course is conducted by the University experienced academic staff and leading specialists of the field in the technically equipped laboratories and auditoriums of the relevant Chairs of the University.

The course has been developed by lecturers certified by the Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation of Rutgers University, New Jersey. The course is designed according to the project knowledge area phases and will be implemented with an interdisciplinary approach. The main tools and methods of management of a wide range of projects will be presented.

The participants of the “Fundamentals of Project Management” course will gain basic knowledge on the behavioral and quantitative issues of project management, will master the methods and toolkit applied at all the phases of project implementation (initiation, planning, execution, and closing).

The course is designed for project managers, job seekers in the field of project management, students and all those who want to acquire new knowledge.

Participants of the course will gain the high-demand technical, leadership and business management skills of the field, will be able to create project planning documents from initiation to closing of the project, will master the entire project management toolkit, and be able to implement project management.

Upon successful completion of the course the participants will be awarded a joint certificate of the Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation of Rutgers University, New Jersey and the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia.

The course will launch on March 14, 2022 at 6.30 p.m., in a face-to-face format (duration: 25 hours). Students and staff of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and the National Polytechnic University of Armenia can participate in the course with a 10% discount.
