CIVIL ENGINEERING SUMMER SCHOOL WILL LAUNCH FROM JULY 11

According to the Memorandum signed between National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, and IRD Engineering (Italy), as last year, this year also the Civil Engineering Summer School will be held.

 The Summer School will launch this year from July 11 with a duration of three weeks, within the framework of which 10 NUACA students will have the opportunity to get acquainted with international road construction programs, gain applied knowledge, and experience in the field of technical supervision of construction works and design implementation procedures.

The courses to be implemented within the framework of the Summer School are held in hybrid format. It includes both face-to-face and online lectures, as well as practice at the construction site and the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia.

The CESS Program course (80 hours) consists of the following modules:

  1. University: intensive practical training courses (30 hours) 
  2. Practical trainings and practice (40 hours) at the construction site 
  3. Practice at the Ministry (40 hours), group assignment, report preparation and presentation.

Studies and practice will be conducted in English and Armenian.

At the final stage, each module will be evaluated by internationally and nationally qualified experts, as a result of which all participants will be awarded with international certificates of participation.

For further information, on June 27, at 12:30 p.m., an information meeting will be held in NUACA conference hall on floor 0, within the framework of which the film about the Summer School held last year will be shown. Of course, students wishing to participate can ask their questions and receive comprehensive answers.
