Salary – 250.000 AMD

Job Responsibilities *

• Revision of issues related to capital construction and repair projects;
• Report on the current work of contractors and budget issues;
• Collaboration with architects, engineers and other contractors;
• Follow the schedule of contractors and the entire project;
• Facilitate the collection of information on architectural plans, specifics, estimates, reports and much more;
• Ensure that the projects comply with legislation, safety rules and budget;
• Prepare contract documents for construction contractors;
• Contribute to cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.

Necessary skills:

• Experience in project implementation will be seen as an advantage;
• Bachelor of Engineering / Architect;
• Excellent knowledge of mother tongue, good knowledge of written and spoken English;
• Knowledge of Gantt charts or Trello;
• Strong project management skills;
• Strictly preserve deadlines and ability to work under time pressure.
