Description:
The company is seeking an active, competent and responsible employee for a vacant administrative position
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them
- Organize and coordinate receptions and meetings according to a timetable
- Prepare documents and control the entire process of office work
- Order office supplies and observe new suppliers
- Perform electronic and paper correspondence
- Prepare and coordinate baseness trips and meetings (if necessary prepare invitations and visas, hotel and ticket booking)
- Carry out written and oral translations
- Establish and maintain contacts with partner organizations and ensure competent correspondence
Requirements / Qualifications
- Higher education: additional qualifications as an administrator assistant or secretary will be considered as an advantage
- Work experience as an administrator assistant or office responsible person
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Computer literacy. Knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs package
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to allocate functions by importance and urgency,
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (Armenian, English, Russian)
- Teamwork ability and desire

Work schedule, 5-days, from 10 am- 5pm
