REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience in architecture / design.
- Excellent Rendering skills.
- Excellent sketching and modeling skills.
- AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, 3D Max Photoshop, It is also desirable to have excellent skills in the Revit program.
- Ability to learn new software easily.
- Devotion to finish the projects.
- Excellent planning and designing skills
- Good English knowledge is desirable.
- Ability to track deadlines and work on different assignments simultaneously.
- Teamwork ability
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet clients to understand their needs
- Sketching of preliminary design projects
- Preparation of color boards
- Draw architectural sketches
- Data collection for calculations
- Product Solutions study
- Ensure that the project meets with the established norms
- Project file coordination
- Photorealistic 3D Rendering
- Feasibility Analysis
- Work Cost Estimates
