LISS24 – Learn – Innovate – Sell – Succeed

Erasmus+ LISS24 Project was launched on December 18, 2023. The Project consortium includes 10 universities and 2 academic institutions. 

“Learn – Innovate – Sell – Succeed” (Learn – Innovate – Sell – Succeed, abbreviation: LISS24) Project aims at increasing B2B Sales and innovation capacity of Armenian and Georgian universities, especially in the field of engineering. The methodology of the Project is built on three core elements: “main substance”, “pedagogical practice” and “knowledge transfer”. These cornerstones are interrelated to and aimed at effective and sustainable capacity building. The expected results of the Project are closely related to the “Education, Research, Innovation” approach. 

Within the framework of the Project

  • B2B sales and innovation capacity development courses will be held in all six Armenian and Georgian partner universities;
  • student competitions for sales and innovative ideas will be organized;
  • Sales Labs will be set up at universities to study seller and consumer behavior, as well as to encourage new university-business collaboration in education and research.

As a short-term result of the Project, companies will be equipped with more capable engineers, fostering business development, which in the long run will lead to the increase in the competitiveness of partner countries.

The Armenian participants of the Project are National Polytechnic University of Armenia, Armenia National Agrarian University and National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. The Georgian participants are Akaki Tsereteli State University, Shota Rustaveli State University, Georgian Technical University and the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia. The Indonesian Regional Open Learning Center is also one of the participants of the Project. EU partners are Turku University of Applied Sciences (Finland), Valencia Polytechnic University (Spain), University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt (Austria) and KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden).

March 25, 2025 – The final stage of the competition held at the end of the training course “Generation Innovative Ideas”

On March 25, 2025, the final stage of the competition of business ideas developed by the participants of the training course “Generation of Innovative Ideas” was held within the framework of Erasmus+ “Learn, Innovate, Sell, Succeed”(Erasmus+ LISS24) project. Seven groups of students participated in the competition, each of which presented its business idea. The presented business ideas were evaluated by a committee of 8 external experts, according to pre-defined criteria. As a result, 3 groups were recognized as winners in the first, second and third places, which, by prior agreement, should receive monetary awards. 23 participants of the course will be awarded certificates of participation.

 

19 March, 2025 – The first stage of the competition held at the end of the “Generation of Innovative Ideas” training course

From March 3 to 17, 2025, within the framework of the Erasmus+ LISS24 project, a series of interactive lectures on the topic “Generation of Innovative Ideas” was held at the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. As a result, the first stage of the competition of business ideas developed by the course participants was held on March 19 of this year. Seven groups of students participated in the competition, each of which presented its business idea using the CANVAS business model. The presented business ideas were evaluated by a five-member committee according to pre-developed criteria. The group that received the specified points as a result of the competition will participate in the second stage of the competition.

 

 

3-17 March, 2025 – Progress of training on the topic “Generation of innovative ideas”

On March 3, 2025, within the framework of the Erasmus+ LISS24 project, a series of lectures on the topic of “Generation of Innovative Ideas” was launched at the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. This series of lectures will run until March 17 of this year and will end with a competition. During the lectures the participants were involved in lively discussions, divided into small groups of 4-5 people and completed practical tasks related to market analysis, application of innovative idea generation tools, segmentation of potential consumers, development and refining of business ideas, analysis of the feasibility of a business idea, development of a value proposition and business model.

March 3, 2025 – Launch of courses on the topics of “Generation of Innovative Ideas” and “B2B Sales”

On March 3, 2025, within the framework of the Erasmus+ LISS24 project, a series of lectures on the topics of “Generation of Innovative Ideas” and “B2B Sales” were launched at the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. The duration of each course is 3 weeks, which will be concluded with intra-university competitions. The lectures will be conducted by the coordinators and members of the NUACA team of the Erasmus+ LISS24 project.

Sales competition organized by the University of Turku

NUACA team of LISS24 Project participated in the Sales Competition organized by the project coordinator – Turku University of Applied Sciences. An online format was chosen for the Competition. This format allows the judges-jury to participate in the Competition remotely but at the same time experience the dynamism of the sales process. In addition, the Competition promotes the spirit of international cooperation, connecting the judges with student-participants from different countries around the world.

This experience was a valuable opportunity for our academic staff to obtain deeper insights into the field of sales and contribute to the development of future sales specialists.

Sales Training Program: Wiener Neustadt University of Applied Sciences Experience

This Sales Training Program provides an opportunity to become more confident and skilled in your job. The Program provides you with the skills to assess needs, resolve objections, and present winning programs.

Through interactive sessions, participants will hold and develop presentations in seminar rooms and a high-tech sales lab, receiving personalized feedback and recommendations based on biofeedback data.

The curriculum covers needs assessment, objection development, sales pitch development, and online versus offline sales strategies.

Training within the framework of the B2B sales competence Work Package 2.

Project coordinator, lecturer at the University of Turku, Chairman of the European Sales Competition Association, Master of Business Administration, PhD in Sciences Timo Holopainen presented the author’s “tripod” model of sales implementation, developed as a result of many years of personal experience.

The practical application of the model was explained in detail to the cooperating parties.
