Construction Project Manager
Basic requirements:
- Higher Education,
- Deep knowledge on project management principles,
- Experience in the position of head of construction project is desirable,
- The presence of a PMP or an appropriate certificate will be considered as an advantage,
- Communication and negotiation skills,
- Excellent organizational and time management skills,
- Team Leader ability with Leading Skills,
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages (written and oral),
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
- Willingness to go on business trips within and outside Armenia,
- Own car availability,
Basic responsibilities:
- Work with the customer from start to finish, ensuring the correct implementation of the program,
- Control the start of each important project, and details such as authorization and design estimation,
- Negotiate points of agreement with foreign suppliers to reach favorable agreements,
- Collaborate with the architect and construction team to ensure the feasibility of the project,
- Organize meetings with the architect, customer and construction team at the construction site,
- Get agreements and licenses from the relevant issuing authorities,
- Prepare and submit project calculations and reports to customers,
- Clarify the necessary resources (labor, equipment and materials) from beginning to the end, paying attention to budgetary restrictions,
- Plan all construction activities and intermediate stages to keep the deadline,
