In cooperation with Ameriabank CJSC, seminars are organized for University students at NUACA.
The topics of the Seminars are as follows:
“What Should You Know about Business Development and Succeeding in It?”, which will be conducted by the Business Development Team Member at Ameriabank Henry Vardanyan.
This section will cover the structure and role of the Retail Business Development team, why negotiations are important in any relationship, and how to prepare for negotiations and succeed.
“What Should You Know about a Job before Applying?”, which will be conducted by Talent Acquisition Team Member at Ameriabank Rita Harutyunyan.
This section will cover how organizations select their best candidates, what is corporate culture, why internships are important as a “first step”, sought after skills, etc.
