Dear University staff and students,

We would like to inform you that the Eugen Ionescu Programme, funded by the Romanian Government, through the help of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania and coordination of the Francophone University Agency, offers postdoctoral students and professor-researchers from around the world the opportunity to take advantage of a three-month research mobility in one of the Romanian higher education institutions cooperating with the Programme.

“Eugen Ionescu” mobility offers Francophone lecturers and/or researchers the opportunity to leave their country and improve their skills in Romania, at member universities of the Francophone University Agency.

These mobilities aim at the promotion of scientific fields that are considered priority for the development of the country and are in line with the research interests of the host institutions.

The target audience of the Programme are postdoctoral students and professor-researchers from the member as well as applicant countries of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) (Member HEIs of the Francophone University Agency) and Algeria.
