NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The Chair of Economics, Law and Management of NUACA Faculty of Management and Technology organizes a six-day workshop entitled “Finance for Everyone” on March 29, 31, April 2, 6, 8 and 12 at 03.00 P.M.. The workshop is intended for everyone, without any restrictions or exceptions.

The trainer is Mary Muradyan – an economist, Master of Public Finance Management, Specialist of the SC Department of the Service with Problem Loans at ARMBUSINESSBANK CJSC.

The workshop is practical, as in addition to providing students with theoretical knowledge, teams will be formed (TEAM BUILDING) to perform group assignments with those teams throughout the course and for the competition through the accumulative system.

The purpose of the workshop is instilling financial literacy, as well as the effective management of personal finances, students will be provided with theoretical knowledge about money as a medium of exchange and market product, its essential functions, monetary circulation in the economy, present and future values, costs, investments, financial markets, institutions, mechanisms for converting savings into investments. Pre-formed student teams will be given three-stage practical assignments.

On the last day of the workshop, the results of the course and the results of the practical tasks will be summarized, and the winning team will be awarded. Students will present their impressions in terms of the information they received and skills they acquired.

For participation, you need to register in advance. At the end of the workshop, students will receive certificates of participation.
