Work  experience

  • since 1999 till now assistant, then associate professor at the chair of «Building Structures», Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction.
  • since 2011 till now head of teaching and design department, «Avetisyan Construction» LLC.
  • 2010 – 2011 manager of teaching and design branch, «Yerevanshin» OJSC.
  • 2005 architect, Yerevan municipality.
  • 2002 – 2006 head of Social agency for promotion of current engineering.

Academic fields, directions

  • Teaching, buildings and structures design, inspection and strengthening of buildings, scientific research works and developments.

Participation in projecting, scientific  research or  other  programs

  • Chief designer about 40 buildings and structures which projected both for RА, and for some foreign countries, among them the church designed for Arabkir district in Yerevan, the church complex constructed in Kingdom of Jordan, Library in Echmiadjin, new steel building for Nairit plant and etc.
  • Head of a scientific work: code 11-2a395 «Development the method of calculation for buildings and structures taking into account their real deformability»
  • Head of a scientific research works:
  • Theoretical research of nonbearing, sound and heat insulated sandwich panels, experimentally produced by SPF OJSC “Kanazit”, intended for mass production by LLC “Future house”, and also the offer of structural decisions for possible use, of these panels in the building field.
  •  Calculation and design features of reinforced concrete structures with a spiral reinforcement and possible uses of these structures in RА.
  • Participation at the congresses and conferences organized in RА and foreign countries.
