NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Francophone University Agency (AUF) in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest are launching the second edition of the regional competition for Francophone Undergraduate and Graduate students to encourage them to generate their ideas for tech start-ups.

The regional call for applications is aimed at:

• Stimulating the entrepreneurial spirit of young Francophone students of AUF member universities in Central and Eastern Europe by allowing them to discover the entrepreneurial environment and its diverse actors;
• Supporting/encouraging innovative, creative and bold projects of young Francophones students;
• Supporting the implementation of innovative pre-incubation and acceleration experiments in Central and Eastern Europe;
• Promoting national and regional cooperation between universities and socio-economic circles.

The competition is open to all Francophone students from AUF member universities in Central and Eastern Europe, regardless of age, gender or field of study.

The candidates should:

• Form / present a team of 4 Francophone students at most;
• Each team member must be a student of a member university of the AUF in Central and Eastern Europe (université membre de l’AUF en Europe centrale et orientale) throughout the competition (April 2023 – September 2023);
• Be Francophone (level B1 or higher);
• Fill out the competition form (one form per each team) on auf.org platform (second edition of the “Turning Good Ideas into Start-Ups” 2023 Regional Competition, AUF Central and Eastern Europe).

Deadline: May 16, 2023, 12:00 p.m. (Bucharest time, EET).
