NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia announces the launch of the “Real Estate Activity” professional academic programme, intended for those working in the real estate market or interested in the field.

The program was developed in accordance with the requirements of the RA Law “On Real Estate Activities” and was approved by order of the Head of the Cadastre Committee. The requirements for the professional qualification of realtors are set out in the RA Law “On Real Estate Activities” dated November 13, 2025 (https://www.arlis.am/hy/acts/217640/latest).

Participation in the programme provides an opportunity to gain modern and practical knowledge of the field, become familiar with the legal, economic, and technical features of the real estate market, as well as acquire the professional skills necessary for carrying out real estate activities.

The certificate provided at the end of the academic programme will enable individuals without higher education to participate in the realtor qualification exam organized by the Cadastre Committee, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.

The programme includes the following main modules: real estate market fundamentals, legal module, real estate valuation fundamentals, economics, marketing and sales, technical skills, as well as practical simulations.

During the learning process, participants will also have the opportunity to use modern digital tools, including GIS systems, artificial intelligence solutions, and 3D modeling technologies.

The duration of the programme is 6 months (120 hours). The courses will start on June 15 and will be held in the offline format. The cost of participation is 420,000 AMD, with the possibility of paying in two stages.

The programme is designed for beginners, working specialists, and those interested in the field. Participants who participate in at least 75% of the programme, successfully complete the practical assignments, and pass the final assessment will be awarded NUACA certificate.
