THE 7TH FRANCOPHONE FILM FESTIVAL

The 7th Francophone film festival launches. The event is organized by the Embassy of France/French University in Armenia in cooperation with the Embassies of Switzerland, Belgium and Canada.

From 16 to 24 March, an eclectic selection – comedies, dramas, animations and documentaries – of Francophone films produced in the last two years will be presented.

The films will be shown in the original with Armenian or Russian subtitles in the Moscow Cinema. The entrance is free.

  • March 16, 7:00m. – “The Animal Kingdom”, directed by Thomas Cailley and Pauline Munier (France, 2023)/ Armenian subtitles.
  • March 17, 5:00 p.m. – “No Dogs or Italians Allowed”, directed by Alain Ughetto (France, Belgium, Switzerland, 2022)/ Armenian subtitles,
  • March 18, 7:00m. – “The Falling Star”, directed by Dominique Abel and Fiona Gordon (Belgium, 2023)/Armenian subtitles,
  • March 19, 7:00m. – “Junkyard Dog”, directed by Jean-Baptiste Durand (France, 2023)/Russian subtitles,
  • March 20, 7:00m. – “Angry Annie”, directed by Blandine Lenoir (France, 2023)/Russian subtitles.
  • March 21, 7:00m. – “Let Me Go”, directed by Maxime Rappaz (Switzerland, 2023)/Armenian subtitles.
  • March 22, 7:00m. – “Ocean Seen from the Heart”, directed by Marie-Dominique Michaud and Iolande Cadrin-Rossignol (Canada, 2023)/Armenian subtitles.
  • March 23, 7:00 p.m. – “Tori and Lokita”, directed by Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne (Belgium, 2022)/Armenian subtitles.
  • March 24, 5:00 p.m. – “Little Nicholas- Happy as Can Be”, directed by Amandine Fredon and Benjamin Massoubre (France, 2022)/Armenian subtitles.
