Dear University staff and students,
According to the letter received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, the Embassy of India in the Republic of Armenia has presented information on the sectoral courses planned for 2026-2027 within the framework of the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of India.
The courses are conducted throughout the year, and detailed information about them is available on the website www.itecgoi.in. Candidates who meet the requirements of the offered courses can register through the following link: https://itecgoi.in/upcoming_courses.
In addition to online registration, it is necessary to download and fill out the complete application package, including a copy of the passport, a medical reference, a certificate of language proficiency and a letter of recommendation from the candidate’s presenting organization. Completed applications (including originals) must be submitted to the Higher Education and Science Committee of the Republic of Armenia for transmission to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
At the urging of the Indian side, applications should be submitted to the Embassy of India in the Republic of Armenia through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia approximately 60 days before the start of the courses in order to avoid unavailability of the allocated places due to late applications.
