NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

A 3-day design-charrette (accelerated team creative workshop) entitled “Breaking the Inertia of Design: Interdisciplinary Journey” will be held at NUACA. It was organized by the Open Studio in collaboration with National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. It is aimed at introducing students of the Faculties of Architecture and Design to the opportunities of alternative design methodology, and demonstrating the application of interdisciplinary connections through a practical course. The charrette will be conducted by architect and fashion designer Vicken Derderian, who teaches Design Thinking and Introduction to Product Design at the American University of Armenia.
