The SoftConstruct organization has a vacancy. SoftConstruct is the largest IT Company in the RA. The job is in the field of construction, the position is that of an assistant to the Head of Construction Works. The job responsibilities are to control and coordinate the entire process of construction works, compare the completed works with architectural designs, monitor the maintenance of construction staff’s work and technical safety standards, control the quality of construction works and materials, compare the actual construction works with the works specified in the executive acts, monitor the execution of the construction works within the set deadlines, prepare a requisition for the necessary materials and submit it to the Procurement and Supply Department for approval, prepare reports and submit them to the immediate supervisor. The required skills are higher technical education, at least 2 years of professional work experience, ability to plan, experience in working with schedules, ability to work in an organized way, as well as proficiency in computer software, in particular MS Excel, AutoCAD.
