ANNOUNCEMENT

“Geodesy and Cartography” SNCO of RA Real Estate Cadastre Committee organizes trainings and professional development courses for the committee specialists and employees as well as those not working in the system.

The trainings will last 4 weeks and will be held at SNCO educational-methodological center (Yerevan, Komitas ave., 35/2 Building), working days from 18:30pm to 20:30 pm on Saturday from 12.00 pm to 16.00 pm 42 hours of theory and 15 hours of practical work are designed (including 24 hours of real estate registration, 8 hours land reclamation and recording, 6 hours in geodesy and cartography, 4 hours for real estate assessment).

Payments for individuals not working in the system are 50,000 AMD for the course (including VAT) legal entities pay 100 thousand AMD (including VAT).

Themes are:

  1. Legal basis for state registration of property rights,
  2. State registration proceedings and provision of information,
  3. Feature of state registration,
  4. Recognition of the signatures of the parties to the treaties;
  5. State registration system financing, state registration and information provision service fees and deadlines.
  6. The procedure for the alienation, the right to construction and the use of state and community-owned land.
  7. Mandatory requirements for cartography, geodesy, metering (recording) and land-building activities in the territory of the Republic of Armenia,
  8. Classification and correction of errors discovered in cadastral plans and maps;
  9. Working principles of real-time positioning stations with modern satellite technologies,
  10. Coordinate systems used in topographic and cadastral plans and maps;
  11. Real estate cadastral assessment legislation, cadastral assessment procedures,
  12. Methodological instructions for functions implemented by real estate registries in ARPIS electronic system (inputs, data supplement, selection of transactions, etc.).
