NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Foreigners holding at least an undergraduate or graduate degree of the Republic of Armenia and have a graduation document (diploma) certifying the education are eligible to apply to the University.

Admission is carried out in accordance with the procedure approved by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia N 238-N dated February 25, 2016.

Foreigners can study at the University:

1. on a contractual basis (not state-funded),
2. under intergovernmental and interdepartmental agreements or contracts, within the limits of places provided to foreigners by the State in the form of student benefits with full reimbursement of tuition fees (state-funded),
3. within the limits of places provided by the Government of the Republic of Armenia for the admission of Diaspora applicants with full reimbursement of tuition fees (state-funded).

The duration for full-time study is 3 years, and for part-time study- 4 years.

Annual tuition fees for foreign and Diaspora applicants admitted to the University in the 2025-2026 academic year:

• for Diaspora applicants – 800 000 AMD
• for foreign applicants – 990 000 AMD
