NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

Dear University staff and students, construction project managers and construction experts,

We would like to inform you that at the invitation of NUACA Chair of Economics, Law and Management a seminar on “Legal Basis for the Implementation of Construction Projects” will be held at the University by an Arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia, an Independent FIDIC expert at “Artyushenko & Partners” Company in Kazakhstan and a Construction Contract Management and Tender Expert at “Technocrat Legal” LLC Karen Arustamyan. Mr. Arustamyan will present the peculiarities of the regulation of legal relations, risk allocation, requirements and dispute resolution procedures, the role and goals of regulatory bodies, and document standardization in the field of construction.

In 2023, Mr. Arustamyan was awarded with International Certification and was included in the prestigious list of FIDIC Certified Contract Managers. He is also a member of Georgian Association of Consulting Engineers (ACEG) and has authored several scientific publications in the field of Construction Law.
