NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

NUACA Innovation and Entrepreneurship Support Center organizes the “Pricing and Making an Estimate in the RA Construction Sector” training course, the aim of which is to provide practical knowledge and skills to “read” estimate documents of the construction field, process them and prepare tender packages. The Course will start in September, and as a result, the participants will master the theoretical basics of pricing and estimate normalization in the construction field, the principle scheme of determining the value of construction products, the main methods of determining the value of construction products, the forms for determining the estimated value of construction products, the application of the RA estimate normative base, the analysis of estimates and preliminary calculations of buildings and structures, the determination of unit values ​​of individual works, as well as the development of local, object and summary estimates. The Course is intended for engineering economists, civil engineers and all those who intend to train and expand their knowledge on pricing in the construction field. The Course will be conducted by Tatevik Boyakhchyan, Lecturer at the Chair of Economics, Law and Management of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia.

Students and staff of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia can participate in the Course with a 10% discount.

At the end of the Course, the participants will be awarded with a NUACA certificate.
