The “Project Management (application in Tourism)” short training course has been developed by the faculties of NUACA and ASUE within the HERITAG Erasmus+ Program of the European Union.

Purpose and Objectives

The purpose of this course is to provide trainees with the main principles and essential components of tourism project concept development, selection of tools of successful completion and defending of their tourism project concept paper.

The key objectives of the short training course is to provide trainees with:

• develop a tourism project charter
• plan of tourism project scope  
• collect stakeholders’ requirements
• define tourism project scope
• create a work breakdown structure
