“Yeremyan Projects” organization is hiring a chief engineer in the field of construction for the project opening in Tashir City. Experience will be viewed as an advantage. Type of work (rate) is full-time, part-time work is also possible. Required degree of education: Master’s Degree.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervision and classification of documents regarding the construction process;
• Preparation of statements regarding the volumes and materials of construction works;
• Making reports on the results of the performed works;
• Compilation of performance documents;
• Compilation and management of construction registers;
• Preparation of projects for work implementation.

Required Skills:

• Excellent professional/engineering (construction-technical) skills;
• At least 3 years of engineering experience;
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and ArchiCAD software;
• Applied knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Leadership and management skills;
• Decision-making capacities;
• Effective communication skills;
• Analytical skills.
