Job Responsibilities:
● Prepare and submit full packaged architectural sets
● 3D modeling, photorealistic rendering and animation
● 2D drawings, construction drawing sets, detailing, shop drawings
● Research
● Architectural, material, and pricing research, as well as research of specifications
● Research of applicable building code and zoning ordinance in different countries
● Graphical representations, animations and diagramming.
Required Skills:
● Knowledge of English both written and oral
● Excellent knowledge of Autocad, Adobe Suite (photoshop, illustrator, etc.), Revit, Vray, Lumion software
● Working in a competitive and fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
● Critical thinking and problem solving are mandatory
● Preparing schedules and delivering projects on time.
Salary- 170,000 – 250,000 AMD.
