“Atenk” company is hiring architectural draftspersons to carry out design works. The salary is 400,000 AMD.
Job Responsibilities:
⮚ Design of Architectural Systems, which includes:
● Master Plan
● Conceptual Design of Buildings and Structures
● Architectural Design of Buildings and Structures
● Fire- Fighting System Concept
● Architectural Connection Knots
⮚ Implementation of Author’s Supervision
⮚ Drawing Equipment Sketches of Mechanical Dimensions and Installation on Plans of the Buildings
⮚ Compiling Volume Worksheets
⮚ Preparation and Submission of Periodic Reports
Required Languages: Armenian, English and Russian.
Required Skills:
⮚ Higher education in Architecture,
⮚ Excellent knowledge of computer software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office),
⮚ Good knowledge of Building Code (СНИП)
⮚ Work experience in the field of design
⮚ Ability to work in a team
⮚ Communication skills
⮚ Sense of responsibility
⮚ Ability to orientate quickly in an emergency situation
⮚ Literacy and high level of attention
⮚ Willingness to acquire new knowledge
⮚ Problem solving skills.
