NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF ARMENIA

The Chair of Economics, Law and Management of NUACA Faculty of Management and Technology organizes a six-day practical workshop on March 30, April 1, 5, 7, 9 and 13 at 03.00 P.M.. In addition to imparting theoretical knowledge to students, teams (TEAM BUILDING) will be formed to perform group assignments and compete with those teams throughout the course. The workshop is intended for everyone, without any restrictions or exceptions.

The trainer is Siranush Mirzoyan – an economist, Master of Business Economics, Specialist of the SC Department of the Service with Problem Loans at ARMBUSINESSBANK CJSC.

The aim of the workshop is to give students theoretical knowledge about the nature and characteristics and types of startups, the main criteria for their differentiation, stages of startup development and formation, the business model as the basis of the organization’s competitiveness and strategy, the basic criteria for building a business model, managing and presenting a startup project, and finally teaching them to create literate startup plans. The following three-stage practical assignments will be given to pre-formed student teams.

On the last day of the workshop, the results of the course and practical tasks will be summarized, the students will present their impressions in terms of the information they received and the skills they acquired.

For participation, you need to register in advance. At the end of the workshop, students will receive certificates of participation.
