NUACA Chair of Engineering Geodesy organizes free courses on “Basics of Geoinformation Systems (GIS)” and “Digital Earth” topics within the framework of the “Digital Connection of Real and Virtual Environments” (DEVision) project of the Austrian Development Agency.
The Courses are designed for both beginners and experienced specialists who want to deepen their professional knowledge in the field of Geoinformation Systems, understand and apply digital technologies that contribute to the environmental management, spatial planning and data analysis. The Courses will last for 2 weeks and the Classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:00-6:20 p.m. (Basics of GIS) and 6:30-7:30 p.m. (Digital Earth).
The Courses will provide students with the skills necessary for applying digital mapping and geospatial technologies.
