By the decree of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, the terms of the admission of foreign citizens and Diaspora Armenians for the 2024-2025 academic year have been approved. The submission of documents is from June 17 to September 27, 2024 included.
Applications and documents must be submitted to the Ministry on working days from 10:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.. From 13:00 to 14:00 is a break time.
Applicants, their authorized people or the representative of the educational institution must submit the required documents to the Division of the Department of Foreign Relations and Diaspora of the Ministry within the set deadlines or send the electronic versions of the required documents to secretariat@escs.am e-mail address.
In the 2024-2025 academic year, the admission of foreign applicants will be held in a higher education institution, in a primary (craftsmanship) or secondary vocational education institutions, in case of the availability of appropriate places specified by the license.
